Molten Canal (T-Junction), brick

A three-way molten canal junction.

A three-way fork, splitting one run into two so a single tap can feed two stations at once, a mold and a barrel side by side for instance. There is no routing built into it: metal crosses toward whichever branch holds less, so an unwanted branch has to be sealed shut or tapped closed rather than simply left alone.

See Molten metal and casting.
