Gear

Smithing an ingot down the '2 gears' or '4 gears' pattern makes Iron or Steel Gear at the anvil, and every engine and pump recipe here that takes a rusty gear has a twin that takes this one instead. Mistake: it is not the same item as Spur Gear or Cast Iron Bevel Gear, which the shaft-power line uses for its own drive train rather than for an engine.
