Bessemer Transmission

Takes mechanical power off an axle and turns the vessel.

The Bessemer Transmission is the only cell in the structure an axle may meet: it sits directly under the Bessemer Control, and any geared speed above 0.1 through it is enough to tilt the vessel between filling, upright and pouring. It has to face the same way as the control, and a misaligned transmission completes the structure and then reports itself on the vessel's readout rather than turning anything.
