Heavy Plate

Heavy Plate is what a wide-flat blade set crops off a Shingled Slab rolled to stage 2.0, two plates to the crop, 600 units each, the slab's 1200 divided exactly. A Heavy Plate fed back through the rolls comes off as a Boiler Plate. It is a different item from Heavy Cast Plate, which the casting line pours rather than rolls, and nothing here treats the two as interchangeable.
