Bessemer Transmission
Uses axle's mechanical power to rotate the vessesl.
The Bessemer Transmission sits directly under the Bessemer Control and is where an axle drives the whole converter: the vessel loads the shaft by 0.25 once it is turning above 0.1 geared speed. It has to face the same way as the control block, or the structure completes and then refuses to run with "Transmission misaligned!" on the panel. See Bessemer process for what the vessel does with that power once it has it.
