Bell Hopper

Drips stockpiled burden down into the furnace shaft.

The Bell Hopper is the drip feed between the Reinforced Hopper above it and the furnace shaft below: it buffers up to 48 units of burden and lets 4 units per second fall while dropping is switched on. It has no controls of its own; ctrl and right-click on the Reinforced Hopper above it starts and stops the whole feed, and the Bell Hopper simply keeps the shaft topped up while there is anything to drop.
