Bessemer Steel Plate

Cast from the converter's pour, not rolled or forged: nothing in siex or Iron Industry Expanded has a recipe that asks for Bessemer steel plate, every machine that wants plate naming the vanilla iron or steel one instead. The rolling mill that would work it into shape is the iron tier's own gap, so it exists only to be melted back to ingots.
